- Under the audio options tab, select the audio track available with the audio tag
- Unselect the audio tag to turn off the voice speech
- While doing this, the video will start playing without a voice description
Disabling the audio narration on Amazon prime in smart TV and computer
There is a direct way to get the settings from the streaming screen itself. You don’t need to go through a series of menu options to get the settings. An icon is located on the top of the screen.
When any event occurs with your remote [Amazon prime on Smart TV], mouse, or touching the screen [For Amazon prime video mobile app], the icons will be visible.
If you are watching prime video on a smart TV or a personal computer, the same procedures are applied.
First of all, log into the Amazon prime video account using the user ID and password.
Then play any movie you want to watch. And select the Subtitles & Audio icon from the screen which is usually located on the top of the screen.
When selecting the icon, you’ll see the Subtitle and audio options.
Under the audio tab, you can see the available languages and the Audio description option. Unselect the Audio description from the tab to switch off the audio narration of the video.
